Simon Lethlean - CEO

Simon Lethlean served as CEO and COO of St Kilda Football Club from 2018 to 2024, leading the Club through its milestone 150th year, which saw record membership, revenue growth, and a men's finals appearance. Prior to this, Simon held several senior executive roles at the AFL from 2004, including EGM of Broadcasting, Game Development, and Football Operations. He played a pivotal role in major initiatives such as media rights deals, AFLW establishment, and national football strategy. Now CEO of My Way Travel & Events, Simon brings deep expertise and a powerful network across sport, media, and stadia, ensuring access to premium event content and unforgettable travel experiences in partnership with Helloworld.

Roger Field - Business Development

Roger Field served as President of Live Nation of Asia Pacific, the region’s largest provider of live music & comedy content. He has been involved in some of the largest concert events and festivals in the region, including record-breaking tours for global superstars including Harry Styles, P!nk, Adele, and Bruno Mars. Roger helps secure a wide variety of content from our Promoters and Venue partners and helps bridge the Live Entertainment and Travel worlds, for our clients.
